RETURNS
Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

Your product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.

Returns must take place within 7 days after receiving your item.

When enquiring about returns please use your invoice number as well as your name and surname.

Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending back your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds and exchanges will only be approved once the inline team is satisfied with the condition of the product(s).
Please note that we cannot offer you a refund, but we can however issue you with an inline gift voucher to the value of your purchase. The gift voucher will have no expiry date.
EXCHANGES
THE COLOUR OF THE ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CAN VARY FROM ITEMS YOU WILL RECEIVE, THE LIGHTING IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT ON IMAGES.
Exchanges will only be made for incorrect sizes or items that have manufacturing defects.Your product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. CUSTOM ORDERS
We do custom orders on our rope baskets.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?
As we are a small business we have very limited production of our sets to avoid over production and wastage. Therefore when we receive preorders we can estimate how many sets we need to produce.
HOW LONG WILL MY PRE-ORDER TAKE?
A preorder can take from 2-4 weeks due to the fact that we produce to order and do branding. You will receive constant updates about your order to be kept in the loop! :)
I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
If your items are the wrong size we have a 7 day return and exchange policy. Although due to the our production size we cannot promise we will have the right size immediately available.
